Some of the bigger news in SLRs include the departure of Konica Minolta and their popular Maxxum line (and it’s subsequent resurrection as Sony’s Alpha line), the introduction of the first “live-view” LCDs for SLRs, and the recent debut of Canon’s all new Digital Rebel, the 400D.
