Researchers urge learning to drive safely with cellphone

Driving while distracted is hardly new. When radios were introduced in Model T Fords in the 1920s, there was a hue and cry that they would lull drivers to sleep. Now, drivers have long fiddled with the radio dial or even changed CDs, but the big new worry is talking on cellphones
